Items are returnable without charges if you’ve received them in a condition that is physically damaged, has missing parts or accessories, is defective, or is different from its description on the product detail page on the Buckaroo website.
How can I return collective goods?
If you have purchased products that form part of a package or promotional bundle (“Bundled Package”), you must return all items in that bundle to process a refund. Example: If you purchased a pair of shoes and a pair of laces as one promotional product, you must return both items. Partial returns from bundled packages are not allowed. If the product includes a free gift or offer, you must return the free item along with the main product.
How to return items?
Log in to your account. Go to Account > Orders > Paid Orders > Order Detail Page. Click “Apply for Return” at the bottom of the page. Fill in the details and submit the return request. The return request must be initiated within 24 hours of delivery time. After submitting the request, pickup will be scheduled within 4 business days. Keep the return package in its original condition. Our delivery representative will pick it up from your location. If you are unavailable, a family member or neighbor may hand it over. The delivery representative will coordinate with you.
When will I get my refund?
The refund process will take 15 working days.

The refund will be made only to the bank account number provided by you.
Which items are not eligible for return?
Returns or refunds will not be entertained if: The product has been used Price tags, brand tags, box, original packaging, or accessories are damaged or missing, The serial number or barcode is missing or does not match recordsThe product has scratches, tears, or any damage. Disputes are raised after 24 hours of delivery
Can purchased products be exchanged?
Yes. Products purchased on Buckaroo can be exchanged for any reason within 24 hours, provided: The product is unusedOriginal condition, tags, and packaging are preserved
What products can be exchanged?
Size mismatch or defective items can be exchanged free of cost (subject to stock availability). The delivery representative will deliver the replacement and pick up the original product simultaneously. Only size exchanges are allowed. For different prices due to size variation, the user must pay the difference. All exchanged products must be unused with original tags and packaging intact
Who pays for the delivery charges for returning products?
If the return is due to a damaged/defective product or seller error, return courier charges will be compensated. A flat courier amount will be refunded to your bank account. The product amount plus any shipping charges paid at the time of order will be refunded within 15 working days.
